All groups are warmly welcomed to the art gallery which is housed in a Grade I listed Georgian mansion surrounded by 120 acres of parkland landscaped by ‘Capability’ Brown in the heart of the countryside. We’re home to six permanent collections of art from around the world and host to a critically acclaimed programme of changing exhibitions. Our exhibition programme includes Portrait Artist of the Year, a commemorative exhibition celebrating eight years of Sky Arts’ most successful television series. Magnum Photos: Where Ideas are Born will bring together more than 20 famous photographers from the world-renowned Magnum agency and include over 80 photo portraits of the artists who created art history in the 20th century.
