Steamship Shieldhall

Shieldhall is a heritage cargo/passenger steamship included in the National Historic Fleet, retaining her original machinery and traditional wheelhouse. Based in Southampton and operated by a team of dedicated volunteers, enjoy a selection from 2 hr to all-day cruises. Visit the impressive engine room with its triple-expansion steam engines and the bridge, complete with traditional instruments and gleaming brasswork; talk to the captain and crew; listen to the commentary on Southampton Water and The Solent; pass close to the Great Ocean Liners; walk the teak decks; relax in the Saloon with a wide range of refreshments.
