Ollie will be leading the operations for the 2024 show, supported by many of the existing team, behind the scenes. Ollie brings with him a wealth of group travel trade experience from organisations such as Ambassador Cruise Lines.

INVOICE/ADMIN SUPPORT

Julie is a long-term fixture behind the scenes with the Excursions team and manages back-office invoicing and booking admin, Julie also supports operationally as required and is a well-recognised face on the Excursions Reception at the show.

Karen Roebuck

Exhibitor Stand Sales

Karen is a well-known member of the Excursions Team, having developed the show during her years working at Tourism South East, and also for the last 3 years as part of the operational/development team. Karen leads the exhibition stand sales and is happy to answer any questions

Lauren Jobling

MARKETING

Lauren has over 10 years tourism and marketing experience and is supporting the shows marketing function.

Rowena Moore

Rowena continues to lead on our show PR and supporting the show team and ensuring exhibitor news is communicated. Exhibitors will be contacted directly by Rowena with requests for information in the lead-up to the event.

Elaine Colley & Fran Downton

Elaine & Fran have between them, been involved in the delivery of Excursions for more than 15 years. They each continue to direct the team behind the scenes although working on other projects.
