Visitor Connect enables you to keep in contact with the exhibitors you have spoken to after the show, to ensure that you have all of the information you need to consider a visit.
An exhibitor will scan your badge barcode with a special show app on their mobile phone or tablet, which takes them into their pre-prepared questionnaire. They can then ask you further questions to make sure they give you everything you need and send you a follow up email immediately on the live system.
Your registration for Excursions does require you to give us your contact information so that we can enhance everyone’s show experience in this way. You can find out more about what happens to your data here.
After the show you will receive an email with the contact details of all of the stands you have visited, making your post show bookings even easier!
