Following a detailed review of venues, costs and audience research, we’re excited to share with you, our refreshed approach for 2026 and beyond – ‘Excursions On The Road’!

Excursions has always led the way in identifying and engaging with group travel audiences. Looking ahead, our focus is on reaching new markets while continuing to serve our valued, traditional audiences and increasing awareness of the many opportunities group travel offers.

What’s Changing?

The Excursions Show will return in a refreshed format, moving between interesting venues near London - beginning with Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in 2026, and supported each year by smaller presences at the Destinations Show and London For Groups.

​

This new approach reduces costs for exhibitors, responds to budget pressures, and allows us to retain the much-loved Excursions experience while opening doors to wider audiences.

 

Due to current climate and budget constraints, we have decided to go back to basics to reduce costs significantly. As a not-for-profit organisation we wish to support our exhibitors where possible.
