As a free admission travel trade exhibition, making contacts is a key driver. Exhibitors have paid to exhibit. All we ask special guest coaches to do in return is ensure each passengers provide a minimum level of contact details to be used on their individual badges. This allows exhibitors can scan their badges, collect their details, and follow up on enquiries. Your guests can ask exhibitors not to scan their badges, and they can opt out of communications at any time. A minimum level of information will be required to gain admission.
