Whilst the organisers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your property is protected during the buildup, the show open, and break-down, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. You are legally obliged to avail yourself of adequate insurance. Such insurance should also cover you for any legal liability incurred in respect of injury or damage to person(s) and/or property of any third parties. In addition, you should also ensure that your insurance covers you for abandonment, cancellation or curtailment of the event due to circumstances beyond our control.

We require you to have minimum Public Liability cover for the show of £5 Million. For advice on this and other insurance that would be of value, please talk to an insurance broker regulated by the FSA for professional advice.
