Meeting Planner for 2024
 

Thank you for registering to exhibit at the Excursions Group Travel Show on January 27th, 2024 at Wembley Stadium.

Of the back of the success from the previous show this year we are offering you an expanded entry in an Online Exhibitor's Directory, as well as a service whereby visitors can pre-book meetings with you on your stand. We, therefore ask you to fill out your entry in the online exhibitor profile as soon as possible.

You will not only be able to add your logo and a company description, but also identify the main products and services that you offer and the regions that you serve. You may also upload a brochure in pdf format as well as a link to a video, if available.

 

Meanwhile, visitors are being asked to profile themselves during the registration process, identifying the nature of their groups and the products and services that they are seeking. They will be able to request meetings with you from the beginning of January, but we urge you to log into your account and fill out your company's profile in the Exhibitor Directory as soon as possible.

Close to the event, you will be able to view the profiles of visitors who are looking for products or services that you are offering and issue a limited number of meeting requests, inviting potential customers to your stand.

This is a service we provide as part of the visitor and exhibitor experience and interaction, but are hopeful that it will enhance your presence at the show
